Houston's Gulfgate Shopping City

Greater Houston's first major shopping mall was designed by John Graham, Junior, of Seattle, with additional work by the Bayou City's Irving R. Klein Associates. In its original state, GULFGATE spanned approximately 802,800 leasable square feet.
