A mall renovation commenced in early 2007. The first stages (shown in medium gray) included Cheesecake Factory and a new Nordstrom. A Streetscape (also in medium gray) was being built when money ran out due to GGP's bankruptcy. Work resumed in 2010. The original Nordstrom was demolished and replaced by a West Wing (in light gray), which opened in late 2011.
