MONTGOMERY MALL, following the completion of an early '90s expansion. Garfinckel's (in dark gray) had closed in 1990. Its space became part of a new South Wing, anchored by Nordstrom. A third parking garage now filled the southeast lot, increasing the mall's car capacity to 6,400. The complex now spanned 1,250,000 leasable square feet and housed 160 tenant spaces.
