The aforementioned Filene's was renovated and expanded in 1990-1991. It received its current nameplate in September  2006.

The anchor store seen in the background opened -as a Jordan Marsh- in September 1994. It would be the last "Jordan's" ever built. After a 10-year stint as a Macy's, it re-opened -as a J.C. Penney- in March 2007. That store was in business until August 2015.
