RIDGEDALE CENTER was finally expanded between the years 2013 and 2016. One anchor store was enlarged, another demolished and replaced. The renderings above and below show how the newly-refurbished mall appeared after all construction dust had settled.

New tenants were signed as part of the RIDGEDALE renovation. These included Redstone American Grill, Pottery Barn, Kona Grill, H & M and The Cheesecake Factory.

Our most recent RIDGEDALE plan dates to 2015. An East Wing (medium gray) adds 80,000 square feet of inline stores. Two Macy's locations have been consolidated into an expanded -single- operation and a new Nordstrom has become the center's fourth anchor.
In the 2020s, the mall in Minnetonka covers approximately 1,144,900 leasable square feet and houses 140 stores and services.
