At the time of a circa-1999 physical layout, SOUTHWYCK  CENTER has had a small addition to the North Wing (shown in gray). This would be the only expansion ever done to the facility. Over the years, a few changes were made on the interior. A Carousel was set up in Center Court and three-tenant Food Court built in an old Forum Cafeteria space.
