The facility's early years as an office and technical college complex were quite successful. However, The Great Recession took its toll. By 2009, over half of the leasable area of NORTH VALLEY TECH CENTER was vacant.

At the time of a circa-2018 site plan, the office mall seems to be doing well. Newly-signed tenants include Sonder Corporation and an Allied Global call center.
