The M-shaped layout of CINDERELLA CITY maximized the small 55-acre parcel that the structure was squeezed into. In all, the complex spanned 4 levels. Beneath everything was a parking deck. Garden and Mall levels were devoted to retail, restaurant and entertainment. A Mezzanine housed leased office spaces and third floors for the J.C. Penney and Denver Dry Goods stores.
