FLORENCE MALL in the year 2007. The shopping hub, relatively unchanged during its first 30 years, was given a small expansion in 2006 (in medium gray). The project reconfigured the Upper Level of the mall's southeast corner. An existing Food Court was moved southward, with spaces for new Kay Jewelers, Wet Seal, Aldo Shoes and Forever 21 stores created.
New York's Namdar Realty Group bought the shopping hub in mid-2022.

In the early 2020s, FLORENCE MALL houses seventy-two stores and services, with four freestanding restaurants -and a cinema megaplex- in its periphery. Sears, the original north anchor store, pulled up stakes in late 2018.
