A circa-2012 plan shows various modifications done at OXMOOR CENTER since 2001. During a 2013 face lift, the Mezzanine Level and Center Court were reconfigured. Three anchor stores have also switched nameplates. Jacobson's became a Von Maur in 2003. Galyan's Trading Company morphed into Dick's Sporting Goods in 2004. Lastly, Lazarus was "Macy-ated" in 2005.

The mall's fourth anchor operated as a Sears between July 1984 and January 2018. Plans are in the making to demolish the vacant store and replace it with a 3-level (65,000 square foot) Topgolf driving range and sports bar complex.
