A site plan dated 25 years after the first. Gimbels had given way to ChiTown's Marshall Field's in late 1986. The original A & P supermarket on the north end had morphed into Sentry Foods and been renovated and expanded in 1990 (shown in gray). HILLDALE CENTER, which had just emerged from its third renovation, now housed 350,000 leasable square feet.
