An early 2011 physical layout of the 1,080,000 square foot shopping center. At the time, it housed one hundred and twenty-seven stores and services, including Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy and Borders Books. These three big box stores were installed in the old Lord & Taylor space, which had been vacated in early 2004.

In 2014, the mall in Meriden had two major vacancies. Borders Books had gone dark -along with the chain- in late 2011. J.C. Penney, a 1972 charter anchor, shuttered their store in May 2014. The empty Borders space was filled by a new T.J. Maxx, which opened in April 2014. The Penney's space remained vacant until October 2015, when Pennsylvania's Boscov's opened their first New England location.
