FORUM 303 morphed into the FORUM 303 VALUE MALL in early 1995.

By March 1995, a third moniker had been established. The complex would now be promoted as the FORUM VALUE MALL.

Next came the FESTIVAL MARKETPLACE MALL; so named in May 1998.
