SIX FLAGS MALL, the nearby nemesis of FORUM 303, held its official grand "oh-pening" on August 5, 1970. The 900,000 square foot complex was a short 2 mile drive from FORUM 303.

Built as a Leonards, this store was rebranded by Dillard's in 1975. It became a Dillard's Clearance Center in 1990 and was permanently shuttered in March 2005.

A Wilson's Catalog Showroom opened at FORUM 303 MALL in October 1980. It was rebranded by Service Merchandise in June 1985 and shuttered in 1999.

By the mid-1980s, Leonards had morphed into a Dillard's and Wilson's, into a Service Merchandise. FORUM 303 MALL now encompasses 945,000 leasable square feet and contains sixty-eight stores and services.
