J.B. White, of Augusta, anchored RICHLAND MALL. The 1-story store covered 60,000 leasable square feet and included a White's Beauty Salon.

A circa-1966 physical layout of the complex includes a single-screen cinema. Built as a southeastern outparcel, it  had opened for business in July. At this time, the mall provided free parking for 1,500 autos.
