The early 2000s redo was not successful. By the 2010s, the mall was in a downward spiral. A major renovation got underway in 2012. The complex was reconfigured as an open-air power center known as SHOPS AT CENTERPOINT. The reconstruction basically removed the enclosed mallway and store blocks on its south side.

Ulta Beauty and Five Below are a few of the tenants leasing space in today's power center.
