The first of four CROSSROADS site plans depicts the mall of late 1961. Most stores face the Tropical Garden court. There are also four entrance arcades. At the time of this drawing, the 4 million dollar shopping hub encompasses approximately 310,000 leasable square feet.

Our second CROSSROADS plan dates to 1966. The mall has just been expanded with a Woolco discount mart. Penneys has added a freestanding Auto Center and a "rocking chair" movie theater is being built in the northeastern periphery.
