Sears, for years the mall's southeast anchor. Between 1971 and 1999, the WOODFIELD store was the largest in the chain. It regained this distinction with the shuttering of the TORONTO EATON CENTRE Sears, in 2014. With the downsizing of the WOODFIELD Sears in 2015, the store encompassed 333,000 square feet.
