In 2017. A totally new redevelopment plan -for THE HEIGHTS AT MONMOUTH- was drawn up. In this rendering, we see the South Wing at THE HEIGHTS, as it would appear post-renovation.

In this tentative redevelopment plan, we see that the South Wing has been razed and rebuilt as an open-air promenade. The J.C. Penney and Lord & Taylor anchors have been retained, with Boscov's assuming the latter. The North Wing remains relatively unchanged, although the Food Court has been reconfigured and new retail and restaurant space added.
