In 1957, LATHAM CORNERS CENTER encompassed around 325,000 leasable square feet on a main retail level. There was also a partial second story of office spaces. This area was situated over the wing extending between Woolworth's and The Boston Store. The vast parking area accommodated 2,600 autos at one time.
