A circa-2010 physical layout shows areas renovated or expanded during the early 2000s redo. The Bon Ton, which has been enlarged to 179,000 square feet, was re-dedicated in October 2008. With these improvements, PARK CITY CENTER covers approximately 1,447,000 leasable square feet, with parking provisions for 7,000 autos.

Our latest PARK CITY layout dates to 2022. By this time, the mall has lost two anchor department stores. The Bon Ton went south -along with the Bon Ton Stores chain- in August 2018. Sears pulled their proverbial plug in March 2019. A Round 1 Bowling & Amusement Center opened -in the Upper Level of the Sears spot- in March 2021. The mall now contained over 160 stores and services.
