A circa-2013 rendering of SHOPPES AT LATHAM CIRCLE, a power center redevelopment of the moribund LATHAM CIRCLE MALL. In this view, we see the north (cinema) section of the mall, which was to be renovated as the remainder of the mall was being bulldozed.

Above, we have a fairly recent SHOPPES AT LATHAM CIRCLE site plan, which is now outdated. The new power plaza was to retain J.C. Penney, the adjacent cinema section and Lowe's. Alas, Penney's was shuttered. Its building, and the surviving cinema structure (both of these shown in yellow), were knocked down in early 2015. WalMart, Burlington (Coat Factory) and Bob's Discount Furniture opened for business in 2015 and 2016.
