Sears pulled the plug on their 48-year-old NORTHRIDGE store in early 2020. The vacant building was gutted and rebuilt into a 6-tenant facility. Dick's Sporting Goods took most of the Level 1 space, with Gold's Gym filling up the majority of the basement. Level 2 of the structure was devoted to Curacao ["kyur-uh-sow", "sow" rhymes with "plow"].

Our final NORTHRIDGE plan dates to 2023. In addition to a repurposed Sears, the shopping hub includes Dave & Buster's Grand Sports Cafe (which assumed a vacant Sports Authority space in 2018). The 10-plex cinema closed in March 2020 and re-opened -under new management- in July 2022. With these improvements, the mall encompasses around 1,407,500 leasable square feet and contains 185 stores and services.
