Here we see a current view of the north end. This structure housed J.C. Penney between 1962 and 1995. After that store's demise, the space was divided between T.J. Maxx (1998) and HomeGoods (2000). The partial upper floor now housed the Offices at Coral Ridge.

In a turn of the century plan, components of the massive makeover done in the late 1990s are shown in medium gray. The first modification was the expansion of the existing Publix, which was in place by 1995. The aforementioned Target anchors the south end of the shopping hub, which now encompasses around 454,200 leasable square feet.
