This structure, on the north end of the complex, housed J.C. Penney between 1962 and 1995. After that store's demise, the space was divided between T.J. Maxx (1998) and HomeGoods (2000). The partial upper floor now houses the Offices at Coral Ridge.

In a turn of the century plan, components of the 1990s mall makeover are shown in medium gray. The first modification was the expansion of the existing Publix, which was completed in 1990. The new Target anchors the south end of the shopping hub, which now encompasses around 454,200 leasable square feet.
