The Arcade Shops section at SUNRISE CENTER was a fully-enclosed shopping concourse. This mall-within-a-mall featured twenty-five boutiques and service shops.

The five buildings at the open-air SUNRISE CENTER contained around 172,000 leasable square feet of selling space. Free parking was provided for 1,050 autos.
