At the time of a circa-1975 site plan, the shiny new 40 million dollar mall encompassed around 1.2 million leasable square feet and housed 125 stores under its roof. Free parking was provided for 6,300 autos.


One of four original PUENTE HILLS anchors, The Broadway was identical to stores at CARSON MALL {Carson, CA}, METROCENTER {Phoenix, AZ}, PARK PLAZA {Tuscon, AZ} and FASHION PLACE MALL {Murray, UT}.
