Portland's Eastport Plaza

The second mall in the "Rose City" opened 2 months after LLOYD CENTER. EASTPORT PLAZA was a small, community-class complex. It was originally open-air, with a set of eight arched canopies covering its 400-foot-long mallway. These afforded some protection from inclement weather, but did not provide a sealed, climate-controlled environment.
