The power center / outlet mall concept was successful for a time, but the complex was soon in another downward spiral. It was re-reinvented between 2008 and 2009. Four vacant big box spaces on the Upper and Lower Levels were retenanted. The bulk of the Upper was gutted and rebuilt as VANDERBILT HEALTH, a consortium of nineteen medical clinics. In this circa-2014 layout, recently added Logan's Roadhouse and Panera Bread stores are shown in medium gray.

Above and below are views of today's ONE HUNDRED OAKS MALL-VANDERBILT HEALTH complex. Here we see the Main Entrance.

In this snapshot, we see the current appearance of The Great Hall. A set of escalators provide access to the upper floor VANDERBILT HEALTH medical clinic. The lower level is still devoted entirely to retail.
