In 2008 and 2009, the mall was given its third reinvention. Four vacant big box spaces on the Upper and Lower Levels were retenanted. The bulk of the Upper was gutted and rebuilt as ONE HUNDRED OAKS VANDERBILT HEALTH, a consortium of nineteen medical clinics. In this circa-2014 physical layout, Logan's Roadhouse and Panera Bread stores, added to the mall's periphery, are shown in medium gray.
