A second Keystone State mall dedicated during 1974. This one was
located near the western shore of the Susquehanna, in the outlying
reaches of Harrisburg. The single-level retail hub, the third mall built
in -or around- Pennsylvania's capital, originally encompassed 578,600
leasable square feet.
