Sears was the first operational HONEY CREEK SQUARE store. It anchored the north end of the complex for 50 years.

A circa-2015 layout catches us up on various renovations and rebrandings. The early '90s face lift converted a vacant G.C. Murphy into the Food Courtyard (medium gray). Two anchor stores have been renamed (and were renamed again). Meis became an Elder-Beerman in 1989 and a Carson's in 2011. The Root Store came under the L.S. Ayres banner in 1999 and was "Macy-ated" in 2006.
