1998 and an already gargantuan complex has grown into a 1,554,200 square foot buying behemoth. Two department stores have been expanded and a fifth added. The south anchor was rebranded as a conventional Dillard's in 1985. With Dillard's acquisition of Macy's Kansas City, in 1986, the north anchor was refashioned into Dillard's North, a Women's Store. Dillard's South carried men's, junior's and children's merchandise.
