The Gem State center, following its 1980-1981 conversion into a partially-enclosed structure. The 1965 strip plaza is shown in black, with newly-added mall space indicated in gray. The facility now spanned around 250,000 leasable square feet and contained twenty-eight tenant spaces under its roof.
