That well-known Minneapolis merchandiser took up shop in the shopping center in October 2004. This new Target took the place of G.C. Murphy, which had closed in August 1999.

Ross Dress For Less and Marshalls stores were established in lower level space beneath Target. These retailers began business in late 2006.

In a circa-2009 physical layout, we see changes made between 1990 and 2006. These modifications include the construction of a vertically-stacked Target-Marshalls-Ross, on the mall's east end, and a Food Court, installed at the center of the center. Olive Garden and Outback bistros had also been built, as freestanding stores, in the front parking area.
