A physical layout of Sac-Town's mid-century mega mall, as it was configured at the time of its official dedication, which was held in April 1972. The center encompassed 1,156,300 leasable square feet, and eventually contained one hundred and three stores and services. Its parking lot accommodated 6,500 autos.


The mall in 1997, soon after the incorporation of the city of Citrus Heights. The center has never been physically expanded beyond its 1972 footprint, but some anchor stores have changed nameplates. Liberty house became a Macy's Women's in 1984. Weinstock's gave way to Macy's in 1996, re-opening as a Men's Store.
