The shopping hub stayed the same -structurally speaking- through the 1980s. A small renovation in 1985 had replaced vacant West Wing stores with a Food Court. A major renovation was done between July 1993 and November 1995. Sears and Hecht's moved into larger quarters, with Lord & Taylor reconfiguring the old Hecht's (which had opened as a Thalhimers). The original Sears (in dark gray) was carved into new inline store spaces.
The Main Entrance was rebuilt as part of the 1990s remodeling and expansion. In this image, from the 2011-2016 time frame, we see a North Face store, which was dedicated in November 2010. The Starbucks on the right has since relocated to the West Wing of the complex.
