The mall's Main Entrance was extended southward during a 1998-1999 renovation. A 9-bay Food Court was installed in the space.

Two mall renovations are illustrated in this circa-2005 layout. The 1998 Main Entrance-Food Court redo appears in dark gray. A Borders Books store (also in dark gray) was completed in 1999. TYRONE SQUARE was renovated again in 2004-2005. An exterior-entranced lifestyle section (in light gray) was built in gutted space in the northeast corner of the complex.

The lifestyle section was modified in 2013. Lime Fresh Mexican Grill (on the left) took space previously leased by C.J. Banks. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (on the right) moved into a shuttered J. Jill spot. The Lime Fresh location was rebranded, as a Rubio's Coastal Grill, in 2016.

In May 2015, construction started on the Cobb Luxury 10, a state-of-the-art movie megaplex. It was built as a freestanding structure in the mall's northwestern periphery and opened in April 2016.
