Westfield sold the mall in 2013. Proving that everything old is new again, the complex took on its original name, FRANKLIN PARK MALL. A circa-2017 site plan shows the latest addition to the complex. A block of big box stores has been built on its southeast corner, which increases the gross leasable area to approximately 1,299,000 square feet.

We conclude our FRANKLIN PARK set with a 2020s-vintage aerial view. With the demise of its major mall competitors (namely, SOUTHWYCK CENTER and WOODVILLE MALL), FRANKLIN PARK is now proudly promoted as "the only enclosed mall in a 50 mile radius."
