A third HILLSIDE remodeling was done in 1992, with the mall's official name being changed again. It would be known, henceforth, as WEST POINT CENTER. Menards Home Improvement also took over a vacant Goldblatt's / Zayre / Ames store.

By 1996, the 40-year-old WEST POINT CENTER was virtually vacant. It was knocked down in 1997, leaving Menards standing. A CarMax Superstore opened at the site in 1999.
