The original METROCENTER, with its dated, early '70s decor. It's
late period Mid-Mod...but apparently isn't quite old enough to have
its own particular name or classification.

Oh my goodness!
Wasn't that think in the middle a fountain? I have vague memories of change being thrown into it. There was even change up high near the second story.

It does look like a fountain. I was never physically at METROCENTER, either then or now....so I don't really know.
