Los Angeles' Fallbrook Square

Sears was the first major tenant to open in this west San Fernando Valley shopping hub. The mammoth 330,000 square foot store encompassed 2 levels and included separate Auto Center and seasonal merchandise buildings. Upon its October 1964 grand opening, it was reputedly the largest Sears in the entire Chicago-based chain.
