Los Angeles' Broadway-Crenshaw Center

BALDWIN HILLS-CRENSHAW PLAZA, which started out -in 1947- as
BROADWAY-CRENSHAW CENTER. It is the second-oldest Post-World
War II shopping center in America. However, structurally-speaking, it is
the oldest. Unlike BELLEVUE SQUARE (1946), in suburban Seattle,
BALDWIN HILLS still includes circa-1940s construction.
